Over a decade experience of working in STEM recruitment. Paul’s primary focus is on fostering positive relationships, understanding diverse perspectives, and actively listening to others. Paul is passionate about all that is STEM and the limitless opportunity it can bring. He is approachable and an excellent communicator where he always has peoples best interests in mind. Paul excels on creating inclusive environments where everyone feels valued and respected with a commitment to see people thrive and succeed. In his spare time Paul enjoys spending time with his young family, a coach with Strand United AFC & Inniscarra GAA and Paul is also a member on the board of Directors at STEM SouthWest.
