Job Purpose:
To develop, and maintain mechanical systems and components, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Develop conceptual designs for new products or systems.

Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications.

Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.

Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to design and model components.

Analysis and Simulation:

Perform structural, thermal, and fluid flow analyses to optimize designs.
-
Utilize simulation tools (e.g., FEA, CFD) to predict performance and identify potential issues.

Testing and Validation:

Develop and execute test plans to verify product performance and reliability.

Analyze test data and draw conclusions.

Manufacturing Support:
-
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production processes.

Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement improvements.

Project Management:

Manage projects from conception to completion, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Strong understanding of engineering principles (mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics,.)

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience with specific industry standards (e.g., ASME, ISO)

Proficiency in simulation software AutoCAD, Revit - 2D & 3D Modelling
